Grita is a traditional Ayurvedic preparation where ghee (clarified butter) is infused with a special herbal substance. For Classic Ayurveda Gritas, only organic ghee made from hay butter is used.
Triphala Ghee can be used internally and externally.
Description
Triphala (Three Fruits)
Triphala, also known as Three Fruits, is considered the most important Food supplement and the foremost Rasayana in Ayurveda. It is composed in equal parts of the three fruits Amla (Indian gooseberry), Haritaki (chebulic myrobalan), and Bibhitaki (beleric myrobalan). Amla primarily soothes Pitta, Haritaki mainly harmonizes Vata, and Bibhitaki primarily calms Kapha. The combination of these three fruits balances all Doshas.

Pure Butterfat* from hay milk, aqueous extract from 85g Triphala (28,3 g Indian gooseberry (Amalaki, Emblica officinalis), 28,3 g Green belleric myrobalane (Bibhitaki, Terminalia belerica), 28,3 g Chebulic myrobalane (Haritaki, Terminalia chebula)).

Take 2 x 1 teaspoon daily. The daily intake contains approx. 12 g of butterfat, which contains approx. 314 mg of tannins. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
Not recommended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers
