2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains 240 mg Gymnema sylvestre extract with 63 mg gymnemic acid, 140 mg Jerusalem artichoke root powder, 40 μg chromium* = 100 % NRV, 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)* = 100 % NRV and 3.1 mg zinc* = 31 % NRV
* Pyridoxine contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism.
