Shilajit is a natural, resinous substance that is mainly found in mountainous regions such as the Himalayas, Altai, Caucasus and the Andes. It is formed over centuries through the decomposition of plant and organic material and is particularly rich in minerals, fulvic acid and other bioactive compounds.
Shilajit or mumijo is ‘sweated out’ from shale rock in particular as asphaltum. In Ayurveda, purified shilajit is highly valued and is an important ingredient in many Ayurvedic formulations.
Our SHILAJIT forte is a particularly effective variant because the original substance has undergone a purification and extraction process. The important substance fulvic acid has been concentrated and standardised and the product has been enriched with vitamin B6, vitamin D3 and ashvagandha extract to create a particularly effective combination for vitality and energy.
*Pyridoxine contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

2 capsules daily. This corresponds to a daily intake of 649 mg shilajit extract powder with 325 mg fulvic acid, 5 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)* = 356 % NRV**, 5 μg Vitamin D3 = 100% NRV** und 100 mg Ashvagandha extract with 3,5 mg Withanoliden.
*Vitamn B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
