Bioactive minerals and trace elements of plant origin, fulvic acid, purified water.
A maximum of 60 ml daily during a meal (equivalent to approx. 6 tablespoons). The daily intake contains 3.3 mg iron, which corresponds to 23.58 % of the NRV value, and 1.98 mg zinc, which corresponds to 19.8 % of the NRV value. It is recommended to take with a little water or fruit juice. The daily intake must not be exceeded. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
Nutritional supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in case of iron storage disease and iron utilisation disorders. Zinc intake must not exceed the daily dose of 5 mg.
