Neem oil and neem leaves have been successfully used for thousands of years for protection against insects, as well as for medicinal use and as a care product.  Despite its ability to destroy parasites, it is safe for humans and domestic animals.  Neem oil is especially beneficial for dogs and cats, which are often tormented by ticks and fleas.
