Baking mix for indian flatbread
Fancy an Indian meal? Then naan bread is a must as a side dish! Spread with butter or ghee, the patties taste delicious with curries, dal or soup. Tip: also a real treat with dips for dinner.

Preparation (5 flatbreads)
You will need: 1.5 TL tsp oil, 150 ml warm water and some flour to roll out
Slowly add water and oil to the baking mixture and knead into a dough. Knead for another 2-3 min. on the table until smooth. For more fluffiness, let dough rest for 10 min.
Dust the work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces, shape into balls and roll out into hand-sized patties about 2 mm thick.
Heat the pan. Fry the flatbreads individually on both sides in a coated pan over a high heat without oil.
Spread with ghee or butter as desired.
