We use the particularly aromatic, fruity and golden-yellow Alphonso mangoes for our fine mango puree. The Alphonso mango is considered the queen of mango varieties from India and Sri Lanka. It has an intense aromatic, fruity flavour and our puree contains only the natural sweetness of the fruit, without any added sugar.

Our delicious mango puree is simply marvellous for sauces, cocktails, sorbets and many desserts, but also delicious with porridge or muesli.
