Description
For preparing delicious curry dishes in the traditional Indian style: briefly sauté vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add Korma Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and let it simmer until cooked. (For more flavor, marinate vegetables, meat pieces, or tofu in the curry paste overnight.) For a creamy sauce, stir in crème fraîche, cream cheese, or creamed coconut as desired and let it simmer or infuse for a few more minutes. Serve with rice. - Your Indian Curry is ready!
