Preparation
Put one portion (80 g) in a saucepan, bring to the boil briefly with 300 ml water and put the lid on, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add ghee or oil to taste and season with salt.
For veggie lovers: Tastes especially delicious with fresh spinach or broccoli. Simply bring to the boil together with the kitchari and let it cook.
