Goodel Red Lentil Noodles, organic
The protein-rich noodles
Goodels "Red Lentils" are made from ground red lentils with the addition of flaxseeds. The uniqueness of Goodels lies in their drying process. Industrially produced noodles are dried at 130°C. Goodels, on the other hand, are dried at a maximum of 42°C - preserving the valuable nutrients.
They are naturally gluten-free and rich in valuable plant protein. Most importantly, they bring a fine, full-bodied taste to the table and are prepared in no time.
Preparation
Place in boiling, slightly salted water and cook for 3 minutes. Foam formation is normal.
Important: Do not exceed cooking time and quench noodles with cold water!
