The protein-rich noodles
Goodels "Mung Bean" are made from the finest ground mung beans and flaxseeds. The uniqueness of Goodels lies in the drying process. Industrially produced noodles are dried at 130°C. Goodels, on the other hand, are dried at a maximum of 42°C - preserving the valuable nutrients.
They are naturally gluten-free, rich in fiber, and valuable plant protein. Most importantly, they bring variety to the table with their green color and full-bodied flavor, and are prepared in no time.
Preparation
Place in boiling, lightly salted water and cook for 9 minutes. Foam formation is normal.
Important: Do not exceed cooking time and shock noodles with cold water!
