The protein-rich noodles
Goodels "Chickpeas" are made from chickpeas and flaxseeds, cultivated for thousands of years. The uniqueness of Goodels lies in their drying process. While industrially produced noodles are dried at 130°C, Goodels are dried at no more than 42°C, preserving their valuable nutrients.
They are naturally gluten-free, rich in fiber, and valuable plant protein. Most importantly, they bring a delicately nutty flavor to the table and are ready in no time.
Preparation
Place in boiling, slightly salted water and cook for 4 minutes. Foam formation is normal.
Important: Do not exceed cooking time and quench noodles with cold water!
