North Indian curry paste with warming spices, tomatoes, and ghee, traditionally used for preparing hearty vegetable and meat dishes.
Description
For preparing delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style: briefly sauté vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add COSMOVEDA Garam Masala Paste (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and let it simmer until cooked. (For more flavor, marinate vegetables, meat pieces, or tofu in the curry paste overnight.) For a creamy sauce, stir in crème fraîche, cream cheese, or creamed coconut as desired and let it simmer or infuse for a few more minutes. Serve with rice.
After opening, please keep refrigerated and use within 3 - 4 weeks.
