Slightly spicy with Ayurvedic spices such as cumin, turmeric and coriander leaves - finely seasoned with organic vegetables pepper, carrot and tomato.
Our dal soups are ideal as delicious, wholesome meals that can be prepared in 20 minutes without any effort. The soups are particularly suitable as light evening meals, also for Ayurvedic interval fasting. PREPARATION: 1 SERVING (60 g)
Put 400 ml of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, add 60 g of dal mixture, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ghee or oil if desired.
