Preparation: 1 serving (60 g)
Add 150 ml water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add 60 g (approx. 1/2 cup) dal mixture, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ghee or oil and salt to taste if desired.
