Description
How to use curry leaves
Slightly roast in ghee (clarified butter) before adding other ingredients. When cooked, the small leaves become soft and can be eaten. Also, a tea can be made by infusing the leaves.
Hint
Do not confuse with our "Classic Ayurveda curry powder. Curry powder is a mixture of many different spices and is not made from curry leaves.
