An herbal powder for the Ayurvedic full-body massage (Udvartana) made from finely ground chickpea flour and a selected Ayurvedic herb mixture. Leaves the skin silky smooth and has an invigorating and cleansing effect on the entire body.

Application

Mix 4 tablespoons of powder with water or sesame oil and apply to the body. Then massage towards the heart with strong strokes. Afterwards, shower off warmly.
