No fillers or additives are added to the powder. It contains with all its components and secondary phytochemicals the full value of the plant.
Description
The leaves, stems and flowers of the plant are used. Bhumyamalaki is pacifying the doshas pitta and kapha in line with Ayurvedic knowledge.

1 teaspoon 2 times daily. This corresponds to a daily intake of about 4,000 mg, containing 56 mg of bitter substances. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
