Ayurveda, the ancient Indian health teaching, has gained immense importance in recent years. The prevention of diseases and the strengthening of self-healing powers are the goals of this folk medicine. According to Ayurvedic teachings, three forces operate in the human body: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. They determine his constitution. When these forces are in harmony, we feel good. When they are disturbed, it can lead to diseases.

With Ayurveda, you can regain balance. This is achieved through a variety of herbal applications, a special diet, soothing massages, baths, aromatherapy, as well as yoga and meditation. Despite the variety and abundance of therapies and applications, Ayurveda is always simple.
