2 x daily 20 ml with the same amount of warm water. The daily intake contains fermented extract of 0.15 g Punarnava and folic acid 63.2 μg = 32% of the NRV value. Folic acid contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the psyche, haematopoiesis and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
