The Ashvagandha Root
In Ayurveda, Ashvagandha, also known as Winter Cherry or Indian Ginseng, is one of the most frequently used Food supplements. The name Ashvagandha translates to "the smell of a horse", as the Indian tradition attributes the vitality and strength of a horse to the plant (not scientifically proven). The Ashvagandha root reduces the Doshas Vata and Kapha.

3 x 2 tablets daily. Daily intake contains: 2340 mg root powder and 4.8 mg withanolides. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a normal, varied diet.
