Ashvagandha Rasayana
Food Supplement with Polyphenols
Traditional Ayurvedic herbal pastes (Lehams) are among the most popular Ayurveda products. They are considered Rasayanas – Ayurvedic tonics (not scientifically proven).
The main active ingredient, whether Ashvagandha, Brahmi, or Shatavari, is prepared with raw cane sugar, ghee, usually honey, and a variety of Ayurvedic herbs and spices into a tasty, jam-like paste.
A Leham is authentic to classical Ayurveda only if the main ingredient is supported in its Ayurvedic effect by other herbs and spices.
