AMA&AGNIcare (capsules)
For the Ayurvedic concept of AMA and Agni - with Triphala and Kalmegh
The concept of Agni (digestive fire) and Ama (metabolic residue) is of utmost importance in Ayurveda. Ingestion of unsuitable or inappropriate food, stress, wrong lifestyle are some of the main reasons for the disruption of Agni, which can result in incomplete digestion of the ingested food. Ama = undigested.
According to Ayurvedic science, the accumulation of ama can lead to various disorders*. Ama blocks the srotas (channels of the body), causes an imbalance in dosha balance and can disrupt dhatu nutrition (dhatu = layers of tissue).
*The concept of "ama" (metabolic residues) has no equivalent in Western science.
