Baking mix for indian flatbread
Naan bread - a real classic of Indian cuisine. Refined with curry and carrot, naan is not only the ideal side dish for Indian dishes, but also delicious with dips for dinner or summer barbecues.

Preparation (4 flatbreads)
You will need: 1 tsp oil, 130-150 ml warm water and some flour to roll out
Slowly add water and oil to the baking mixture and knead into a dough. Knead for another 2-3 min. on the table until smooth. For more fluffiness, let dough rest for 10 min.
Dust the work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, shape into balls and roll out into hand-sized patties about 2 mm thick.
Heat the pan. Fry the flatbreads individually on both sides in a coated pan over a high heat without oil.
Spread with ghee or butter as desired.
